It does not sound like double pedal and I suspect that the piece is too old to be DP anyway. If you practice your bass pedal for speed you will eventually get that fast and sure. We can also hear the ghost notes on the snare which just adds to the effect.Keep practising your bass technique, but remember speed alone is not the whole goal.Good luck and paradiddles.
